In January, Additional Inning Softball introduced the restructuring of its rankings platform for gamers within the seventh and eighth grades.
As Additional Inning Softball launched into its mission to uphold our new initiative to empower, encourage and help all members within the recreation of softball, we started that transition by revealing our enhanced rankings for theClass of 2029.
Our new rankings format incorporates a shift from rating particular person gamers at a seventh and eighth grade stage to rating their age group by groups, each regionally and nationally.
EIS started the Class of 2029 group rankings with Area One (Northeast) which included groups from 13 states (Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia).
The highest-ranked group from Area One was the Jersey Depth 2011 and head coach Marie Burzo shares what makes the Farmingdale, N.J. based mostly group particular.

When did the group/program begin and the way/why did it come to be?
A core part of the group (seven gamers) have been taking part in collectively for his or her fourth yr and the gamers now we have added through the years slot in seamlessly as if they’ve been right here from the start. The ladies are from all totally different cities in New Jersey and we also have a participant that travels from out of state. The ladies have an incredible bond and we’re blessed with a devoted group of fogeys. The continuity of the women and bonds they’ve fashioned have made this group profitable and capable of face adversity and troublesome conditions within the area. The ladies function as a household dynamic, at all times choosing one another up and conduct themselves with out egos.
