A number of medal winners of the Asian U20 are among the many 43-member nationwide squad that may compete on the August 27 to 31 World Athletics U20 Championships scheduled to be held in Lima, Peru.
In accordance with chief junior athletics coach, N Ramesh, preparatory camp for World U20 in throwing occasions was carried out on the Nationwide Institute of Sports activities (NIS) in Patiala, Punjab, whereas SAI Campus (Sports activities Authority of India) in Bengaluru was the venue for different disciplines. “NIS Campus in Patiala has good services for throwing occasions,” the chief junior athletics coach added.
