The New York Giants closed out the 2024 preseason with a 1-2 document following a 10-6 Saturday night time loss to the New York Jets at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford.
It was an unpleasant displaying for the Giants, significantly on offense, and impressed little confidence within the workforce’s depth. Compounding issues, a number of gamers left the sport injured, together with offensive linemen John Michael Schmitz and Evan Neal.
“These guys simply performed arduous, the fellows that performed. I respect what they did. A whole lot of them competed (for) 60 minutes. Some performed a ton of performs and I respect these guys’ effort,” head coach Brian Daboll stated after the sport.
