Attorneys for NFL draft prospect Isaiah Bond filed a lawsuit in United States District Courtroom in Northern Texas on Tuesday towards a lady who they are saying made false statements to the Frisco (Texas) Police Division.
Bond turned himself in final week on an impressive sexual assault warrant. He was launched after posting a $25,000 bond.
Bond’s legal professionals say a sexual encounter with the girl, who’s unnamed within the lawsuit, was consensual. The lawsuit, which features a defamation declare, asks for financial damages and a civil trial.
