Tuesday exercise: Heat up, half-hour reasonable tempo to onerous tempo, 6 x 400m hill, jog down, 6 x 300m hill, jog down, 6x200m hill, jog down, 20 minutes straightforward working, cooldown
Hydrate and stretch. At all times hydrate.
Make plans for spring racing. Write down your targets for the season in your iPhone or iPad or on a postcard, and skim them daily. Goals are fulfilled by means of onerous work!
